Refunds and Return Policy

The people behind SocialEyes are just that, people. We get annoyed, mad and even upset when we buy something and it’s either broken or not what we expected.

We get it.

Which is exactly why SocialEyes offers a satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If we or our products don’t meet your expectations, we’ll take it back. Here are some (but not limited to) reasons we would gladly accept a refund:

  • Product Damage from shipping
  • Defective product
  • Below quality standard
  • Packing Errors
  • Misshaped or deformed
  • Wrong Order


If you have an issue outside of those, just get in touch with us on our contact page and we’ll do our best to sort it out right away. Just not, if you do have an issue, any refunds or issues must be requested within 21 days of receipt of payment.

In some cases, we might request to have the product shipped back so we can work with whoever caused the issue on our end and ensure something like that doesn’t happen again.  In that case, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost – the decision on whether or not we’ll cover shipping will be made by us on a case-by-case method depending on the reason for return. Refunds will be returned to you in the form of whichever method of payment you used to checkout on Refunds take approximately 5 – 7 days to be processed and should reflect back on your credit card or bank statement on your next billing cycle. Sadly, because of the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept exchanges or trades on any orders. Lastly, any multi-packs or combination packs must be returned as whole order in order to be eligible for refund.
